One of the latest examples comes from Enel, which has strengthened its renewable energy business through the acquisition of an 84 MW onshore wind farm in the Campania region of Italy.

 

The project, expected to generate approximately 0.2 TWh of clean electricity annually, was acquired for an enterprise value of around €145 million and is projected to contribute approximately €16 million in annual ordinary EBITDA.

 

This acquisition reflects Enel's long-term commitment to expanding renewable energy capacity and supporting the global transition toward a cleaner, more sustainable energy future.
